Can I book by phone? How can I contact you?

Which payment methods are accepted?

For your booking online, we accept payments by credit card (visa, Eurocard-Mastercard), payments by check, bank transfer, money order. You can communicate us your credit card number by phone.

Is the payment by credit card protected?

Yes, it is protected. When you dial your credit card number in the website, your transactions are protected, encrypted and secured according to the Secure Socket Layers. Of course it’s the same for the information included in your profile user. This information are possessed by the bank and are not communicated.  It cannot be read by anybody.

How can I be sure that my booking will be correct?

All days, our advisors check the bookings made online. If there is any anomaly in your booking, we would contact you as soon as possible. We can serve you as a guarantee that your booking will be handling correctly. 

How can you be sure that the rental property booked will be available?

Theoretically it is possible to rent only available rentals. Only internet mishaps can block our booking system. The website Ibérimo.com is continually updated. Moreover, our online booking systems very efficient and handle automatically each booking near our partner agencies. These agencies confirm us within the day the availability.

How can I be sure that the rental in demand will be available ?

You can book only available rentals. Only internet connection issues can block our booking system. The website Iberimo.com is always updated. Our efficient online booking system automatically makes each booking next to our travel agency partner. They confirm us the availability.

Which written proof of my booking I am going to keep in internet ?

When you book in internet, if you communicate us your email, we will send you automatically a confirmation of booking request by mail with a password which allows you to find the rental you booked.

How can I be sure that my booking will be booked ?

As soon as you made your booking online, we send you automatically a booking confirmation by e-mail. With the recording of your deposit, a contract will be sent by post.

Why the rental I booked still available on the website ?

Some of our travel agency partners have several same rental properties. The reference number you have booked still on the website as the rental is available.

How can I cancel my booking ?

If we receive any payment within 5 working days, we will contact you by phone or email and you can tell us that you want to cancel your booking.

When I have booked and paid full or a part of my rental, how can I cancel?

All modification or cancelation must be sent to us by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.  The costs incurred can be seen in our section general conditions of sale.

How can I call if I don’t live in France, your phone number doesn’t work ?

How and where will I take the keys of my rental property?

With the recording of your last deposit or the deposit payment of you stay, we will send you your voucher with local agency contact details and a map
The voucher allows you to obtain at your arrival with your introduction to the local agency reception, the keys of the accommodation.

How can I get more information about the accommodation ?

If you need more precisions or information, our advisors are available from Monday to Friday: 9:00 am-20:00 pm and Saturday: 9:00 am-6:00 pm (bank days not included)

Are pets accepted ?

It depends on the accommodations. Some accommodations accept them, but an extra can be paid.
In every instance, on your booking form, you must indicate if you have a pet, to inform our services. It doesn’t mean that our local agency authorizes pets. Our advisors will contact you in the event of pets are not accepted.
You can also call us and tell us your reference number and our advisors will inform you the accommodation accepts pets.

Can I choose the floor ?

During you booking you can tell us you what you want. This information will be transmitted directly to our travel agency partner who will try to satisfy your request.
However, we cannot assure you that your request will be satisfy.

When will I receive my documents ?

First you will receive by email your booking request confirmation if you have entered your email.
When we receive your payment, we will send your contract by email.
With the recording of your last payment of the payment of your stay, you will receive quickly your voucher.

What’s happened in case of litigation of a flat renting online ?

The applicable legislation is the legislation where the accommodation is located. If there any problem with the owner you have to bring before the court in the country in question, Spain. But if you are wrong (if you didn’t pay your accommodation, for example), you will be ruled on France (article 15 of French civil code).

What I have to know to make reclamation about tourist services ?

During your stay, you should receive tourist services who offer quality and characteristics announced by the companies which give them. If that’s not the case, you have the right to make reclamation. The regulations in force obligate all establishments to give to clients they ask for what we call “hojas de reclamaciones” in Spain (reclamation forms), which must be announced in a poster visible to the public.
These reclamations must be introduced to the touristic establishment or to the tourist information Centre.
If it is demonstrate that your reclamation is explained, Administration will punish the establishment or the company of tourist services affected by the reclamation.

7 days of period of withdrawal

I booked a rental property online. I gave my credit card number and I submitted it. Can I cancel within a period of 7 days?

With the article L.121-16 of consumer Protection, a transaction on internet is the root of distance selling, the consumer protection ‘distance selling’ regulations can use online services, with the exception of financial services and auction sale and services about holidays or leisure and provided for a date or exact period. The right of withdrawal within 7 days is not applied.

The act on Confidence in the digital Economy forecasts that ‘in order to conclude the contract, the addressee of the offer must have the possibility to verify the details of his order and its total price and to correct the possible mistakes, before confirming it for the acceptation.’ (Article 1369-2). The conclusion of the contract online will be submitted to the confirmation of the order by the addressee’s offer. The details of the order must be indicated.
