Description of the accommodation

Apartment located in the centre of Calella de Palafrugell, Costa Brava. It is a first floor (there are many stairs which make it seem a second floor). At the entrance we find the living room (with folding dining table), a twin bedroom, kitchen and two bathrooms. There is a balcony without exit. Going up some stairs (which offer a certain difficulty) we find 2 more bedrooms, a single room and a twin room. The ceiling in the corridor on the top floor has a height of 1.74 m. Right next to the beach Port Bo. Ideal location to do it all on foot. The car park is relatively close to the apartment but on another street. We remind you that linen and towels are not included in the price and can be rented for a fee of 10 € per person for sheets and 10 € per person for towels. Information importante du loueur en date du 16-03-2023 pour les locations avec piscines communes et privées en raison de la sécheresse :Nous vous informons que selon le décret-loi 1/2023 du 28 février, en raison de l'extrême sécheresse que nous connaissons à l'heure actuelle, il est interdit d'arroser la pelouse de toute propriété privé[hidden] existe également des restrictions sur le remplissage complet des piscines et la consommation humaine. Compte tenu de cette exception, nous ne pouvons garantir l'état des jardins. Les piscines pourront être entretenues, ainsi que les plantes et arbustes, mais avec des horaires d'arrosage limités. Par conséquent, les jardins ne seront probablement pas aussi verts et jolis qu'ils le sont habituellement.Mais tout cela n'est que suppositions et il faudra être attentif aux changements climatologiques. Nous nous excusons pour les désagréments causés.
L'appartement est au premier étage (il y a beaucoup d'escaliers).
Le plafond dans le couloir de l'étage a une hauteur de 1,74m.
Le parking est relativement proche de la maison, mais dans une autre rue.
Taxe de séjour à payer sur place en espèces : 7€/pers/de + de 16 ans/séjour.
