FULLY RENOVATED APARTMENT. House in a small community of 8 family houses, with community pool, located on the seafront, touching with the Cala d'Aiguafreda, Begur, Costa Brava. At 9 minutes on foot by a beautiful walking trail, arrive of Sa Tuna beach. 10 minutes by car from the center of Begur. Capacity for 5 people, 3 rooms The house is distributed in entrance with living room with access to terrace with fabulous views, open kitchen, bathroom. At the bottom we find the 3 rooms, one of them is a suite with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, the other is a room with a single bed and the last one is a room with bunk beds, all with sea views, another complet bathroom. Has parking TV service not guaranteed due to poor coverage in the area. Reservations from 15/10 until 30/04, there is a supplement of € 10 / day of heating. We remind you that linen and towels are not included in the price and can be rented for a fee of 10 € per person for sheets and 10 € per person for towels. Compte tenu de cette exception, nous ne pouvons garantir l'état des jardins. Les piscines pourront être entretenues, ainsi que les plantes et arbustes, mais avec des horaires d'arrosage limités.
