- Cancellation by the customer: Any cancellation must be notified to "IBERIMO" by registered letter, its reception will determine the date of cancellation resulting in the amount of the following costs:

- More than 45 days before the date of arrival: loss of the deposit
- Between 45 and 0 days: 100% of the cost of the stay.

Covid special cancellation conditions

- One of the countries crossed was confined with a travel ban by his government
