Cancellation conditions of the renter associated with this property.

- Cancellation by the customer: Any cancellation must be notified to "IBERIMO", its receipt will determine the date of cancellation resulting in the amount of the following costs:

- More than 45 days before the check-in: 15% of the cost of the stay +, if applicable, the costs of insurance.
- Between 44 and 29 days: 60% of the cost of the stay.
- Between 28 and 0 days: 100% of the cost of the stay.

Covid special cancellation conditions

Is your destination officially declared inaccessible following a ban issued by the authorities or the border is closed and you do not want to travel?
- Up to 22 days (inclusive) before your check-in: you have the option of changing your booking or canceling it free of charge.
- From 21 days before check-in or if you decide not to travel without notifying us: the standard cancellation conditions and fees that apply.
- If the destination is officially declared inaccessible by the authorities or if a border closure or an official travel ban is issued within 21 days before check-in: you have the possibility to modify the booking or to cancel it, the sums paid would be reimbursed after deduction made (administrative costs, and where applicable the costs of processing holiday vouchers and the cost of insurance).

A quarantine (of 4 days or more) is mandatory in the country of your destination upon arrival and cannot be lifted by proof of a certificate of recovery or vaccination and you do not wish to travel for these reasons?
- Up to 22 days (inclusive) before your check-in: you have the option of changing your reservation or canceling it free of charge.
- From 21 days before check-in or if you decide not to travel without notifying us: the standard cancellation conditions and fees that apply.
- If a new mandatory quarantine is issued within 21 days before your check-in: you have the possibility of modifying your reservation or of canceling, the sums paid would be refunded after deduction made (administration fees, and the cost of insurance).

Please note that these rules only apply if official quarantine guidelines cannot be circumvented by proof of recovery / vaccination.

- You cannot modify your booking or cancel it without deduction fees (administration fees, and the cost of insurance). Only standard cancellation conditions and fees apply.

For all other cases, the general conditions of cancellations of Iberimo which will apply in accordance with our general conditions.

Certain governments sometimes advise against stays in such or such countries or regions, but if the region is open and secure this does not constitute a reason for reimbursing the sums paid, nor obtaining a booking credit.

Cancellation insurance if you take it out, in addition to the other provisions covers you in the event of COVID:

If the Insured has a complete vaccination course and is tested positive for the virus.
