Cancellation conditions of the renter associated with this property.

- Cancellation by the customer: Any cancellation must be notified to "IBERIMO" by registered letter, its receipt will determine the date of cancellation resulting in the amount of the following costs:

- More than 8 days before the check-in : 100€ + loss of 50 of the deposit o loss of the full deposit in function of the sums paid.
- Between 7 and 0 days: 100% of the cost of the stay

Covid special cancellation conditions

If a stay of less than 7 days is made impossible in the cases below, your booking will be transformed into a booking credit usable until November 1, 2024, deduction made (administrative costs and of the cost of the insurance), beyond this date it will be lost.
If the client wishes a refund instead of a booking credit, the following fees will apply (€ 100 + administration fees, and where applicable the fees for processing holiday vouchers and the cost of insurance).

- One of the countries crossed was confined with a travel ban by his government
- The Spanish borders and / or those of the countries crossed are closed.
- If the region to which this property is attached is declared a prohibited zone and is closed.

Some governments sometimes advise against coming to Spain or one of the Spanish provinces, but if the region is open and secure this does not constitute a reason for reimbursing the sums paid, nor obtaining a credit.
