This villa is located just 4 km from the center of Moraira, a tourist center that has become more and more popular in recent years. This small town on the Costa Blanca offers a wide variety of shops, bars, restaurants by the sea. The villa has parking for 1 car. From here, a few steps lead to a spacious terrace with a large private swimming pool and sun loungers, several terraces and an outdoor dining area with barbecue, all surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden bordering the swimming pool. In front of the main terrace is the villa which consists of two apartments on the same level. The one on the right is Balia, the one on the left is private and will remain closed and empty during the rental period.
