Description of the accommodation

Wonderful villa located in Teulada, on the Costa Blanca, Spain with sea views, indoor and private pool for 10 people. DESCRIPTION: The villa has a Mediterranean style and is distributed over two floors. You will access the villa through an entrance located on the first floor which gives access to a large space where the dining room, living room and kitchen are located. The dining room has a table and 6 chairs with a capacity of 8 people. You will find a sofa with a capacity of 4 people, 1 armchair and a coffee table, fireplace and television. The open kitchen is also located in this space and is fully equipped with all the necessary equipment to prepare delicious meals. On this same floor we will have the first three bedrooms, all with a double bed, one with an en-suite shower. On this floor, you will also have access to a bathroom with a bathtub. You will access the upper floor by the outside staircase. Upon entering you will find a space where there is a dining table with capacity for all the guests, a sofa and an armchair and a TV. Just behind the dining room table is the villa's second kitchen. On this floor you will find the remaining two bedrooms, both with a double bed and an en suite bathroom, one with a shower and bath and the other with a shower. OUTSIDE: Access to the villa is through a large sliding door and you will have space to park 2 cars and 2 other vehicles in line. On the right side you will find an indoor pool, a large terrace, as well as an indoor pool and lounge chairs around. On the lower and upper terraces you will have a reserved area to enjoy meals in the open air with a spectacular view of the Peñón de Ifach and the sea.
