In Benissa, situated in a privileged environment in the middle of nature, is the villa Jowi. Its proximity to all places makes this house the perfect place for your holidays: restaurants at 1 km, supermarket at 300 metres and the beach, bars and shops at 5 km. The nearest beach is the Baladrar cove which, due to its shallow depth, good water clarity and abundance of sea life, makes it ideal to spend a beautiful day by the sea. A few kilometres away we find Moraira, which is a small fishing village dominated by tourism, very pleasant, with natural beaches, rocky coves and sandy beaches. The castle on the beach is the town's emblem and the old town has developed in recent years as a popular tourist destination in the summer months. However, Moraira has been able to get on with tourism whilst preserving its originality. Casa Jowi is tastefully decorated in a very personal and typical Mediterranean style. The villa is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor you will find a spectacular, luminous and cozy naya which is used as a living-dining room. If you continue inside, you will find an open space whith another living-dining room with several seating areas, corner sofa, dining table, sideboard, wood burning fireplace, as well as a small sitting room with two armchairs and a small table where you can relax and chat, as well as radiators. Next to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen with everything you need: dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, kitchenware, glassware, crockery, etc ... The house also has a washing machine and dryer. A spectacular staircase leads to the upper floor. The house has 4 bedrooms, two of them with double beds both with ceiling fan, one with two single beds and one with a single bed, (in all the bedrooms there are radiators and built-in wardrobes) and two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower, that will make you feel at home. There is a beautiful interior patio with stone walls with two armchairs and a small table, a part of the patio has a roof where there is a dinning table to take refuge from the sun in the hot days. The outside of the house is surrounded by plants, flowers and trees that provide plenty of privacy, as well as the large pool area, with sun loungers and a pergola where you can have lunch or dinner and enjoy an outdoor barbecue. Jowi is a haven of peace ideal to rest and disconnect, come and visit it!
