Villa with private pool for 4 people in Fanadix - Benissa, (Costa Blanca) Villa for 4 people located in the quiet area of Buenavista in Benissa. Just 5 minutes drive from its fabulous coves and beaches, and its restaurants and beach bars where you can enjoy an exceptional gastronomy. At 8km you will find the town of Benissa, where you will find supermarkets, banks and a medical centre. From there you can also travel to the neighbouring towns of Calpe and Moraira. The house is situated on a large plot of land where there is also the house of the owners, a nice couple, but nevertheless all the outside and the pool will be for private use of the tenants and the house is separated by a fence giving it more privacy. The outside has everything you need to enjoy: private swimming pool, sun loungers, tables and chairs, ping pong table, barbecue, [hidden] and shower. Inside there is a large and fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with fireplace, two bedrooms with beds joined to create a double bed, one of them with en suite bathroom with bathtub, also has another bathroom with shower, and a large naya that leads to the outside. You can enjoy a wonderful holiday on the Costa Blanca, either with family or friends.
