To rent in Benissa in Costa Blanca this pleasant villa "feet in the water" with private pool and near to sea and the gravel cove Baladrar. This charming villa is distributed over two floors communicating by an external staircase. The first floor consists of three bedrooms (one with a double bed and the two with single beds) and two bathrooms with shower. There is also an independent kitchen and a large and comfortable living-dining room with a fireplace. The land is 1100m2 with a pretty garden very well maintained is distributed in islands. The large sized swimming pool is located in front of the villa and offers us great privacy. On the terrace you have a BBQ, a summer kitchen, outdoor furniture where you can have meals. On one of the terraces there are swings for the children to have fun and there is enough space on the grounds to park several cars. There is also an outside toilet.
