To rent in Benitachell in Costa Blanca this villa with private pool and beautiful sea view nestled in the Urbanization la Cumbre del Sol which offers spectacular views of the Mediterranean coast. The villa is distributed on one floor. The main entrance is by the terrace at the level of the swimming pool and gives us access to a large space formed by the living room and the dining room very well lit. The dining room is composed of a table and chairs that can accommodate all the guests of the villa. The living room includes two polyleather sofas three seater each, a coffee table and a television. Behind the dining room is the fully equipped American kitchen with all the necessary elements for preparing meals with family or friends. A corridor gives us access to the four bedrooms of the villa: two bedrooms have a double bed and a bathroom with shower each; and the other two are composed of two single beds each. There is a third bathroom with a bath in the hallway. Upon entering the property, we have access to the car park where we can park two vehicles. The villa is surrounded by a garden spread over several heights. The main terrace goes up a few stairs to the pool level. It consists of a chill out area where you can enjoy magnificent sunsets with friends. Right next to it is a covered terrace with an outdoor dining table and chairs. Opposite is the swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers to enjoy the sun and the climate of the Costa Blanca region. The sea view is magnificent.
