To rent in Benitachell inCosta Blanca this villa with private pool and beautiful sea view located on the hill of Cumbre del Sol ideal for people looking for beautiful panoramas. As soon as we enter the property, we access the upper floor which is distributed in several spaces. The first of them is an independent kitchen, fully equipped and at our disposal for the preparation of fabulous meals. Right next to it, we will find the living room with a sofa lounge chair that can accommodate up to 6 people, as well as a small coffee table and a state-of-the-art television. From there we can enjoy the view of the villa. Directly behind is also the dining room which can accommodate all the guests of the villa. This space is surrounded by many large windows that will allow us to enjoy the incredible view at all times. In the other part of this floor there are two bedrooms: one of them with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A bathroom with shower is also at our disposal. Going down the external staircase, one reaches the ground floor at the level of the swimming pool, which is distributed in two bedrooms, both with a double bed each, as well as a bathroom with shower. The villa has several outdoor spaces on its grounds. The first is on the right side as you enter the property. Under a porch we find an outdoor dining table that can accommodate all guests as well as a barbecue area. Going down the external stairs, we access the pool area, surrounded by several sun loungers and umbrellas, which will make us enjoy one of the best areas of the villa.
