SUPERB RURAL HOUSE IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL, for maximum 10 people. DISTRIBUTION: A careful renovation has been carried out in this typical Mediterranean rural house where formerly a farming family would have lived. It is traditionally built of the local mountain stone. A great holiday home to escape daily life that is distributed on two floors with an internal staircase. On the upper floor there are four bedrooms with double beds. Finally there are two bathrooms, one with a bath and shower, one with a bidet. On the ground floor there is the fifth double bedroom, also with ground floor access to a toilet and shower. On the remainder of the ground floor there are three open spaces composed of an open style kitchen, living room with fireplace and finally a formal dining room. There are International satellite channels, in fact in 2012 the house received the prize for the best home abroad with English TV. Also note that it is an ECO property with installation of solar panels and a diesel generator for peak demands so it is compatible with sympathetic use of household appliances such as washing machine and dishwasher. EXTERIOR: A dream place, with privacy and above all tranquillity. Situated in its own private mountain valley and with extensive open land without fencing next to the Mediterranean pine forests. You are surrounded by nature and if you are lucky you will be able to observe wildlife around of the house. With private pool and different terraces you will find sunbeds for sunbathing, dining rooms and outdoor sofas. You have enough space outside to park several vehicles. LOCATION: It is located between the Sierra de Oltá and Bernia a beautiful natural enclave. To access this location, there is a small section of gravel track. For lovers of hiking, there are many paths to practice this sport, in fact you can enjoy fantastic views from the summits of Oltá and Bernia.
