Iberimo suggests you to rent this villa with private pool nestled in the residential area Almendros in Calpe on the Costa Blanca only 1400m from the main beaches of the city center. This beautiful villa of 161m2 is on two floors connected by an internal staircase. On the main floor we find a living-dining room and a cozy open kitchen with views of the Peñón de Ifach. On this floor we have two of the three bedrooms and the last one is on the upper level. This house dates from 1976, the interior has been renovated giving it a nice modern touch.
