Beautiful holiday villa with private pool located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 8 people, with four bedrooms and five bathrooms distributed on two floors connected by internal stairs. INTERIOR: This beautiful villa is composed of GROUND FLOOR which consists of a living room with SAT / DTT TV (No spanish channels) and access to the pool. The UPPER FLOOR consists of a large bedroom with a double bed, dressing room, air conditioning and a bathroom with bathtub and shower en suite with access to the terrace. EXTERIOR: It highlights a pleasant outdoor area furnished with taste and with a 9x4 pool with Roman stairs. There is also a portable gas barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals. LOCATION: The villa is located in a very quiet area called "La Empedrola" which offers tranquility and at the same time proximity to beaches and shops.
