Iberimo offers to rent this pleasant rustic villa offering a nice sea view in Calpe, ideal for 8 people with private pool. The villa of 298 m2 on two floors connected by an external staircase. The main floor has two bedrooms one double and one with two single beds, both with air conditioning. The bathroom is located next to the rooms and has a shower. The living room is distinguished by its beautiful wooden beams on the ceiling with iron fireplace and furniture create a very rustic style. The dining room in the kitchen is American and is fully equipped. The ground floor has two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, both bedrooms have air conditioning and one of them has a bathroom with en suite shower. The kitchen is American and is fully equipped, with Reunion kitchen, a beautiful living room with iron fireplace and large windows with a magnificent view of the sea and the famous Rock of the Natural Park Ifach Outside the ground is inclined, it has 655 m2 on 3 levels which are connected by a staircase. From the street there is access to an outdoor parking area to park two vehicles. The parking is next to the entrance which gives access to the plot and which connects to the main floor of the house.
