Iberimo offers you this pleasant villa for 8 people on the Costa Blanca in Calpe with private pool and air conditioning and less than 2 km from the beach! DISTRIBUTION: This pretty villa is spread over two floors connected by an internal staircase. Access to the house is done by the independent kitchen, which has all the necessary appliances including a dishwasher and a small dining table where you can enjoy your coffee accompanied by delicious pastries. Next to it is the lounge-dining room with its fireplace and white leather sofas. The dining room is equipped with noble wooden furniture. In addition this floor has a bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath. The staircase which is in the living room we reach the upper floor whereare the three other rooms and a bathroom with shower. All rooms have a double bed and a balcony or terrace. The room with terrace and panoramic views of the Natural Park of Peñon de Ifach is the only one that is not equipped with air conditioning. The villa also has a third level fully equipped which will allow you not to have to climb to the upper floors. Indeed this floor there is a large living room with elevator, an American kitchen and a bathroom with shower. EXTERIOR: A beautiful well kept garden surrounds the villa. A small round table with a nice fountain in front of the swimming [hidden] the main terrace we will find sunbathing to enjoy the beautiful days, a covered terrace with table and chairs and a partalon with sofas, nice and friendly place. There is a second terrace, where you will find incredible views of Calpe and its magnificent natural park as well as the Mediterranean. Also at your disposal is an outdoor kitchen with gas fires, refrigerator and sink. Access to the plot is via a gate and at the entrance of the property you can park two vehicles. RENTAL: The villa is located in the Ortembach area, only 1.8km from the sandy beach of Calpe. This neighborhood has its own supermarket that will allow you to get the basic necessities. Large supermarkets are just a few minutes away from the villa.
