Rent with Iberimo this beautiful villa with private pool for 8 people nestled in a residential area of ??Moraira close to the sea and its pretty coves. Interior: this pretty villa is on two floors which communicate by an internal staircase. The main floor has two bedrooms with air conditioning (one with two single beds and the other with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath). Next to the bedrooms there is another bathroom with shower. The living-dining room is spacious, it is a rectangular room in a colonial style that is equipped with a fireplace and which mixed with the rustic touches of the house creates a warm atmosphere. On this floor we also have the fully equipped American kitchen. At the lower level of the villa we will find two beautiful bedrooms with double beds and a solarium which we reach by an outside staircase. It has sofas and magnificent sea views. Exterior: On a fully fenced plot of 800 m2 with open parking where two vehicles can be parked. The pool with rounded shapes is in front of the villa, it is surrounded by terraces where we will find sunbathing to enjoy the sunny days of summer. There are pretty plants and shrubs all over the plot, a BBQ area with outdoor dining table and pretty climbing plants that provide us with tranquility.
