Iberimo offers you to rent this splendid house for 12 persons with private pool in Moraira on the Costa Blanca at 2.5km from the nearest beach. STYLE: This luxury villa built in 2007 is very comfortable. In an elegant and modern style it has furniture at the same time design and high quality. The views from its various terraces or from the garden on the coast or the Mediterranean Sea are simply incredible day and night. DESCRIPTION: With an area of ??407m2 this villa has large spaces. There are two levels that communicate by a nice internal staircase. On the upper level there are three spacious and comfortable bedrooms, one with double bed and TV, the second with two double beds and the last with a double bed and two single beds. All have terraces, wardrobes and mosquito nets. On this floor we also have two very nice bathrooms, one with shower and the second is en suite with shower and bathtub with hydro massage. At the main level of the house, level of the pool, is the magnificent kitchen fully equipped with quality appliances. It has ample work surfaces and a bar, all in a modern and massive style. This one is opened on the dining room which itself gives on the living room. The dining room has a beautiful and large dining table and an air conditioning unit. And finally we have this beautiful large living room with access to the upper floor and the terrace. It is a quiet and peaceful place where we will find some palm trees and different trees. From the garden we enjoy beautiful views of the coast or the beautiful Peñon de Ifach de Calpe.
