This beachfront villa is a small jewel ... private pool, large terrace with barbecue and panoramic views over the bay of Moraira you will be seduced !!! Situated a few minutes from the center of Moraira and the sandy beaches, this property combines comfort and convenience. This villa for rent on the Costa Blanca is distributed on 2 floors communicating by an internal staircase. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms with terraces (in one double bed and in the other 3 twin beds) and a complete bathroom with shower. The ground floor has 2 bedrooms (in one double bed and in the other twin beds), a shower room and a toilet courtesy. Large living-dining room and fully equipped kitchen. This holiday rental in Spain is surrounded by a huge garden with a small wood. It is accessed via a sliding gate and there is plenty of space to park several cars. The swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers and we can dine in the barbecue area which is right next to the pool. From the furnished terrace we can enjoy the absolutely exceptional view of the Mediterranean Sea and the bay of Moraira.
