Great apartment in a small community of 8  family properties, with a community pool. Located on the seafront, with direct access to Cala d'Aiguafreda and just 9 minutes on foot, along the beautiful coastal path, we arrive at Sa Tuna Beach. 10 minutes by car from the center of Begur. Costa Brava. Capacity for 6 people, 3 rooms  Consists of two floors, on the first floor we find three rooms; a suite with a shower in the bathroom, two double rooms with sea views, one with two beds, the other with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor is the living room, open to the terrace with spectacular views of the sea, a fully equipped kitchen, a small room equipped with a washer and dryer and a guest bathroom. It has air conditioning, awning on the terrace, parking in the community (not assigned) WIFI TV service not guaranteed due to poor coverage in the area. Reservations from 10/15 to 04/30, there is a supplement of € 10 / day for heating. We remind you that sheets and towels are not included in the price, they can be rented for a supplement of € 10 per person for sheets and € 10 per person for towels. Compte tenu de cette exception, nous ne pouvons garantir l'état des jardins. Les piscines pourront être entretenues, ainsi que les plantes et arbustes, mais avec des horaires d'arrosage limités. Par conséquent, les jardins ne seront probablement pas aussi verts et jolis qu'ils le sont habituellement.Mais tout cela n'est que suppositions et il faudra être attentif aux changements climatologiques.
