Flat for 5 people with community swimming pool in Calella de Palafrugell, (Costa Brava). Located only 450 metres from the beach and close to all services. The flat has a cosy living-dining room with access to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms; one of them en suite with double bed, one with 2 single beds, another one with 1 single bed and 1 complete bathroom. It has an outdoor parking space and Wifi connection. We remind you that sheets and towels are not included in the price, they can be rented for a supplement of 10 € per person for sheets and 10 € per person for towels. Compte tenu de cette exception, nous ne pouvons garantir l'état des jardins. Les piscines pourront être entretenues, ainsi que les plantes et arbustes, mais avec des horaires d'arrosage limités. Par conséquent, les jardins ne seront probablement pas aussi verts et jolis qu'ils le sont habituellement.Mais tout cela n'est que suppositions et il faudra être attentif aux changements climatologiques.
