Nice apartment with incredible sea views located in a quiet residential area in community with pool in Calella de Palafrugell. It has an original living room in the form of a tower, dining room with exit to a large natural stone terrace, with barbecue, wonderful sea views and small private garden, equipped kitchen, 1 suite, 1 twin bedroom and a shower room. It is part of a small community with swimming pool from which you can also see the sea. The apartments are very independent and the pool is small. It is located in the lower part of the community, and although it is a ground floor there are stairs to access both the apartment and the pool. It can be accessed by 2 different streets, the street below being more comfortable to download. Located in the Golfet area, approximately at 1 km from the beach. Suitable for 4 people. Community with WIFI. We are not responsible for the speed or proper functioning of the system. We remind you that linen and towels are not included in the price and can be rented for a fee of 10 € per person for sheets and 10 € per person for towels. Information importante du loueur en date du 16-03-2023 pour les locations avec piscines communes et privées en raison de la sécheresse :Nous vous informons que selon le décret-loi 1/2023 du 28 février, en raison de l'extrême sécheresse que nous connaissons à l'heure actuelle, il est interdit d'arroser la pelouse de toute propriété privé[hidden] existe également des restrictions sur le remplissage complet des piscines et la consommation humaine. Compte tenu de cette exception, nous ne pouvons garantir l'état des jardins. Les piscines pourront être entretenues, ainsi que les plantes et arbustes, mais avec des horaires d'arrosage limités. Par conséquent, les jardins ne seront probablement pas aussi verts et jolis qu'ils le sont habituellement.Mais tout cela n'est que suppositions et il faudra être attentif aux changements climatologiques. Nous nous excusons pour les désagréments causés.
Il est situé dans la partie inférieure de la communauté, et bien qu'il soit en rez-de-chaussée, il y a des escaliers pour y accéder ainsi qu'à la piscine.
