Rental in Empuriabrava of a beautiful apartment with lake view located on the third floor with a beautiful view of the lake of Sant Maurici in Empuriabrava. Upon entering this apartment, you will find a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190). Then we can enjoy an equipped kitchen, open to the living room, with a small oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and a fridge with freezer. The living room has air conditioning, international television with a few channels in each language (French, German, Spanish, Dutch and English), a comfortable sofa and access to the large 16m2 terrace. In the living room you can eat up to 6 people. To the right of the living room there is a bedroom with two attached single beds (90x190), a ceiling fan and an exit to the large terrace with a table and four chairs, to enjoy the lake view while eating. In the third bedroom, there is a large bed (135 x 190), a ceiling fan with remote control. There is a separate toilet with a small sink. In the bathroom there is a bathtub, a sink and a washing machine. It is located on the third floor without a lift. Access to the communal pool and garden is located on the right side of the property (15/6-15/9). Sheets and towels not included (possibility to rent for 20 € / person). Small dog accepted (supplement 50 €)
