Description of the accommodation

Beautiful house with careful decoration, a few meters from the center of Begur,
pearl of the Costa Brava. The house is located in a small co-ownership of 6
well-maintained houses with shared pool, less than 10 minutes walk from the
center of Begur village and close to all shops. It is a very pleasant and very
functional house, quiet and renovated that guarantees tranquility and comfort
that will make you feel at home: private garden with impressive views of Begur
Castle and the Medes Islands, swimming pool, large terrace and balcony from
where the View is magnificent, plus a parking space (inside the house).
Distributed on two levels; On the ground floor we find a spacious and bright
living room with access to the large terrace and garden, a fully equipped
kitchen, a bedroom with a washer/dryer, a cozy living room and a guest
bathroom. On the upper floor, three bedrooms (two double bedrooms and a small
bedroom with a double bed) and two large bathrooms, each with its own toilet.
The living room and the upper master bedroom are equipped with a TV. The entire
house has a high-speed WiFi connection (fiber) suitable for teleworking.
Towels, sheets and cleaning fees are included. You will need to pay a 40%
prepayment to guarantee your reservation.
