You will enjoy a beautiful view of Cape Ras and the sea gulf amunt de Llançà, Colera, Portbou. The house is distributed over three floors. At the entrance of the house you will find the parking and the garden overlooking the pool. On the first floor is a bathroom with shower, a dining room with TV and stereo and a beautiful terrace that gives direct access to the pool. Going up, a staircase leads to the second floor with two bedrooms and another bathroom with shower. The upper floor gives access to a sitting area with terrace furniture, TV, sofa and has an outdoor shower and blind. The house has WIFI and air conditioning. Not suitable for families with children because of the danger of the pool, the garden and by the internal stairs.
