Fantastic house with private pool and a beautiful garden, surrounded by nature,
in a privileged environment, very close to the most beautiful beaches and coves
of the Costa Brava. Located in the residential area of Aigua Gelida, only 1 km
from the beach of Tamariu and 1.5 km from the beach of Aiguablava (Begur),
Quermany is a real paradise of peace and tranquillity, to enjoy an
unforgettable family holiday. The house is distributed over two levels: On the
ground floor there is a wonderful dining room, very spacious, sunny and
comfortable, with a fireplace and an expansive view of the mountains and
forests of Tamariu and Begur. The living room has an exit to a nice terrace,
perfectly equipped to enjoy delicious al fresco meals or to relax in the
chill-out area, right in front of the swimming pool. From the terrace you have
access to a fantastic lawned garden with beautiful flowers and native
Mediterranean plants, which surround the pool, and from where you can enjoy
spectacular views of the mountains. The beautiful pool, where you can sunbathe
and cool off, has a wooden security fence, ideal for families with children.
The children can play in the garden without any risk and with the peace of mind
that they cannot go near the pool. On this same floor, there is a modern
kitchen, very bright, fully equipped (with dishwasher, oven, microwave and
washing machine), with a central island. Next to the kitchen we find a courtesy
toilet and the access to the sleeping area, with two double rooms that share a
bathroom with bathtub and shower. The upper floor has a double suite, which
incorporates a private bathroom with shower and a terrace with views of the
mountains, the pool and the garden. On this same floor, we find an attic with a
