The house overlooks the garden and the beach. The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is the living room with fireplace, TV (Spanish only and USB input) and exit to the private garden terrace (fenced and with exit to the beach) with garden furniture, awning and barbecue . The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, crockery / cutlery, utensils, coffee maker, mini-premiere and toaster. There is a WC on this floor. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms (2 single beds and 2 bunk beds), the bathroom with shower and washing machine and a pleasant suite (double bed) with bath and a balcony with sea view. there is a second terrace on the roof of the house, available for sunbathing and enjoying the sea breeze. The garage is closed and cannot be used. However, it is easy to park on the main street. It is located directly opposite the beach in a quiet area, in the Mas Pinell urbanization. A privileged area of ??the Costa Brava in Catalonia, located near the towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals and L'Estartit.
