Villa Fleury welcomes you on two levels:

On the first floor :
- An entrance hall leading to a dining room with a table for 14 people.
- The kitchen is open to the dining room and the living room. The kitchen is modern, furnished and equipped (American fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, wine cellar, classic coffee maker and Nespresso.
- The living room features a large sofa, a 65-inch television (Netflix) with all international channels, a Bluetooth sound bar, a fully equipped bar for a successful aperitif. The living room also opens onto two terraces, one with garden furniture (ideal for 14 people) to admire the sunset, and a second terrace with a large table for 14 people, a gas barbecue (with bottle), a gas grill and a wooden pergola.
- The large dining room, the kitchen, the living room open on 150m2 with reversible air conditioning cold/heat, gives access to 3 beautiful bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- 1st bedroom with a bed of 150x200cm
- 2nd bedroom with bed 140x200cm, princess style decoration with desk, cupboards.
- 3rd bedroom with a 160x200cm bed en suite with private bathroom, 2 very large showers, washbasin, WC.
- Another bathroom with bath, washbasin, WC.

On the ground floor :
Also includes 3 large bedrooms and a bathroom.
- 1st bedroom with bed 160x200cm, desk.
- 2nd bedroom with bed 160x200cm, cot, large wardrobe and hair and make-up room.
- 3rd special children's bedroom (also suitable for adults) with a bed of 160x200cm and two single beds of 90x200cm. Space with many toys and books for children. (cars, trucks, garages, dolls...)
- A bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet.

Outside the house:
- 3000m2 of garden planted with exotic trees and fruit trees, a mulberry tree for the delicious blackberries from May to June.
- A 10x4 metre swimming pool and deckchairs, so that you can enjoy the pool to the full, will be provided with air mattresses, balls, water guns and slides. And for the evenings or midnight swims, the pool is equipped with lights and the garden. To not get bored, we have attractive games such as beach rackets, poker and darts. Also at your disposal on the property is a 200m2 basketball court.
- Behind the property there is a large space for parking all types of vehicles.
