Situated just a few minutes from Marbella and Puerto Banus, the various beach clubs and where all of the action is, the apartment offers everything needed for a great holiday in the sunshine of the Costa del Sol. Situated on the world famous Golden Mile there is close by shops, bars, restaurants and all amenities. The apartment is in the very popular area of Las Lomas de Marbella Club close to the Golf Valley and the centre of Marbella.

The apartment has been totally refurbished by the owners and is full of luxury and comfort and just oozes class both inside and outside, the owners have not missed anything in terms of the detail, everything is first class !! The furnishings, fittings and the decor are of the highest quality and no expense has been spared.

The apartment has full air-conditioning and heating for the cool winter evenings. When entering the apartment you will immediately appreciate the amount of space it has to offer and the money that has been spent. The apartment is a duplex, with the living area downstairs and the three bedrooms on the upper level and all have en-suite facilities. The beds are all super kings which can be split into two singles, if required.

There is very large, comfortable terrace and garden area, accessed from the lounge or kitchen, in addition to the fabulous hot tub/Jacuzzi there is plenty of soft seating, dining furniture, gas barbecue and sun loungers. The community has three swimming pools.

There is a fully fitted kitchen with all of the expected modern appliances.
The large comfortable lounge has a sixty five inch curved 4K Smart T.V and a sound system, with plenty of seating. There are 55 inch flat screen Smart T.V ?s in all of the bedrooms and there is fast, efficient internet/WI ? FI. All T.V's have independent channels so you can watch Sky Sports downstairs and a different Sky movie in each bedroom.

For those who love to walk you can get to both Puerto Banus and Marbella from the Paseo along the Golden Mile. Once there you can visit The Old Town, which is the city centre, it's full of history and charm, this part of the city cannot be missed. Another must see is the famous Orange Square. Both Marbella & Puerto Banus offer everything in the way of bars, restaurants and night clubs. You will find many reasons to come back again and again, the little bars and shops, the ancient roman wall , the narrow cobbled streets and colourful balconies and of course the locals, really friendly and open people.

?The apartment is located a short distance from the bull-ring of Nueva Andalucia, the marina at Puerto Banus and also Centro Plaza where you can find shops, restaurants, banks and supermarket. The Marbella Casino and the beach are also only a short distance. Puerto Banus is where you can find the most exclusive shops and restaurants on the Costa del Sol, cinemas and shopping centres like El Corte Ingles or Marina Banus.
