Iberimo offers you to rent this beautiful house for rent in Altea near from the sea on the Costa Blanca in a quiet and wooded area very close to Calpe and Moraira and only 6 minutes drive from the small restaurants by the sea. This house for 6 people in Mediterranean style is beautifully decorated. It is composed of two levels communicating thanks to an internal staircase. The lower floor is the floor through which access to the villa is made, it has a hall, 3 bedrooms (two air-conditioned one double and one with 2 single beds) and a bright bathroom with shower. The upper floor is composed of a large open space with several corners. A large living room with fireplace, air conditioning and access to the spacious kitchen which is fully equipped. Next door is a comfortable dining table for 6 people. On this floor we will also find a living room with a small dining table, ideal for having breakfast next to the sofa bed which gives access to a terrace where you can sunbathe. Outside you will enjoy the breathtaking views of the Bérnia mountain. There is sufficient space to park two vehicles inside the parcel. The house is surrounded by pine trees and various shrubs which gives it a certain intimacy and especially a lot of charm. The lower floor terrace with views of Altea Island has a large illuminated pool where you can enjoy pleasant summer evenings. Next to it is a dining table and outdoor kitchen that will allow you to have a good time enjoying the sunsets by preparing a good barbecue.
