IBERIMO PROPOSES YOU THIS BEAUTIFUL VILLA OF RECENT BUILDING ON THE COAST OF BENISSA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL, UP TO 8 PEOPLE. DESCRIPTION: This modern villa is distributed on two floors connected by an internal staircase and an external staircase. Upstairs we will find a large bedroom with double bed, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. The whole is luminous and has a neat and modern decoration. There is an outdoor terrace equipped with sofas so you can enjoy the breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. At the lower level the villa has three other bedrooms (two with double bed and one with single beds) as well as two bathrooms with shower (one in suite). The lounge-dining and kitchen area is open and spacious. The fully equipped kitchen has an island which allows us to cook while taking the aperitif. The living-dining room is very well decorated with high quality furniture and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The whole house has air conditioning with a setting per room. EXTERIOR: The plot of 800m2 is fully fenced. The access is through an automatic gate that overlooks the space where we can park two vehicles. On the magnificent main terrace, facing the villa, are the comfortable sunbathing and the outdoor dining table. Right next to the pool which makes it a nice place to enjoy all together a BBQ. LOCATION: The villa is located between two famous neighborhoods on the coast of Benissa, on one side La Fustera where there is a sandy beach just 700m and on the other Pinets where we have a beautiful cove at 900m. A fantastic place to spend your holidays.
