Summer villa in Calpe, just minutes from the city center and the largest sandy beach. Located in the urbanization Garduix, this rental for 8 people has a private pool. The villa is recommended for families or groups who want to do without any vehicle, and walk everywhere. There are several terraces on several levels. On the main terrace you will find a 8x4m-shaped bean shaped pool with Roman stairs. There is a nice area for sunbathing on the sunbeds and an outdoor shower. Guests can prepare good outdoor meals in the barbecue area, which is equipped with an awning to protect themselves from the sun. And finally, a small garden with plants to relax on the lower terrace.
