To rent in Moraira-Teulada in Costa Blanca this air-conditioned Mediterranean style house ideal for 8 persons with private pool and small sea view just 700m from the beach of Portet. This very bright villa offers a distribution and a nice functionality. We enter through the kitchen, fully equipped. A hallway gives us access to the bedrooms: a first bedroom with two single beds and next to a bathroom with shower. We will also find two other bedrooms with single beds and another bathroom with shower. Finally, at the end of the corridor, we will have access to the spacious double bedroom with a matrimonial bed. The dining-living room is a large space offering a mix of modernism and comfort. A table with chairs, several sofas and armchairs around the TV overlook the terrace and the garden of the property. The living-dining room communicates with the outdoor terrace. Going down the stairs, we reach the pool with sun loungers, a privileged moment of relaxation to savor the Mediterranean climate. The garden of the property offers many relaxation areas and outdoor parking for several vehicles. The garden is very wooded and with typical vegetation of the Costa Blanca.
