Description of the accommodation

To rent in Moraira in Costa Blanca this rustic and elegant house located in the residential area of ??Las Salinas near the sea and all amenities. The house is distributed over two floors. As soon as we enter the villa we will find the living room consisting of two sofas (one for three and the other for two), a coffee table and a television. Behind this there is the dining room formed by a table and chairs for all the guests with direct access to the garden. The independent kitchen is located on the other side of the floor and has all the necessary equipment to prepare delicious meals. On this same floor, we will have access to two bedrooms, both with a double bed. We will also have at our disposal a bathroom with shower. We will access the upper floor by the internal staircase. On this floor is the third bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with shower. On this same floor we will have access to an upper terrace under the porch which will allow us to enjoy excellent meals and dinners al fresco. The exterior offers several spaces to enjoy different moments in the open air. Around the swimming pool we will find sun loungers as well as a parasol with a table and chairs. At the rear of the villa there is enough space to play different hobbies. Also, in this part of the property, we will have enough space to park two or three cars. On the upper terrace we will find a relaxation area to rest and disconnect thanks to the natural environment of the villa.
