From here a staircase leads to a large terrace with private swimming pool, sun loungers and a barbecue area, all surrounded by a traditional garden in southern style. From the swimming pool, stairs lead to the lower apartment, where there is a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room with Sat + TV. The living room opens onto a small balcony from which one can enjoy the view of the hills of Teulada-Moraira. The upper house remains closed and empty during the vacation rental period.
