VILLA FOR 12 PEOPLE IN MORAIRA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL AND MAGNIFICENT VIEWS. DESCRIPTION: The villa is distributed over two floors connected by an internal staircase. The main entrance is on the ground floor through the pool terrace. On the ground floor there are four bedrooms: two with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each. There are two bathrooms on this floor: one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. Climbing the stairs we will access the upper floor where we will find a living room, as well as two three-seater sofas. The American style kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances. On this floor are the two remaining bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with shower at our disposal. OUTSIDE: We can park several vehicles inside the property. An outdoor garden with local plants and shrubs. Swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and an outdoor dining table under a parasol. A little further up, two chill out areas. On the upper terrace an outdoor dining table with sea views.
