Second floor with incredible sea views in Calella de Palafrugell. Located in a very quiet area of Calella, it is part of a community with garden and swimming pool. There is also a pool for little children. Located on top of a hill, the sea views are striking from the terrace, the dining room and the master bedroom. Parking space in the complex. It has got 3 double bedrooms, 1 single, 2 bathrooms and a renovated kitchen. The bathrooms are not renovated. Well equipped but simple. Suitable for 7 occupants. The beach is approximately at 1 Km. We remind you that linen and towels are not included in the price and can be rented for a fee of 10 € per person for sheets and 10 € per person for towels.
