Semi-detached house for 8 people near the centre of Calella de Palafrugell, (Costa Brava). Spread over three floors in a pleasant community with swimming pool in Calella de Palafrugell. Entrance to the house through the private garden. The ground floor is distributed in a living-dining room with access to the terrace, a spacious kitchen fully equipped and a toilet. On the first floor we find a complete bathroom and 2 double bedrooms, one with 1 double bed and terrace and the other with 2 single beds. On the top floor we also find a bathroom and 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and a terrace with views and the other with 2 single beds. The house is located 750 meters from the beach and about 500 meters from all services and the centre. To get to the community pool you have to cross a small street with little traffic. The fireplace is decorative and not functional. We remind you that sheets and towels are not included in the price, they can be rented for an extra charge of 10€ per person for sheets and 10€ per person for towels. Information importante du loueur en date du 16-03-2023 pour les locations avec piscines communes et privées en raison de la sécheresse :Nous vous informons que selon le décret-loi 1/2023 du 28 février, en raison de l'extrême sécheresse que nous connaissons à l'heure actuelle, il est interdit d'arroser la pelouse de toute propriété privé[hidden] existe également des restrictions sur le remplissage complet des piscines et la consommation humaine. Compte tenu de cette exception, nous ne pouvons garantir l'état des jardins. Les piscines pourront être entretenues, ainsi que les plantes et arbustes, mais avec des horaires d'arrosage limités. Par conséquent, les jardins ne seront probablement pas aussi verts et jolis qu'ils le sont habituellement.Mais tout cela n'est que suppositions et il faudra être attentif aux changements climatologiques. Nous nous excusons pour les désagréments causés.
