The flat stands on the 4th floor of a residence with a community swimming pool with children area, a playground. The flat counts with a living/dining room with air conditioning and flat screen television, independent equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. There are 2 bedrooms (one with double bed 135cm and the other with 2 single beds 90cm), 1 bathroom with shower and a 10m² south facing terrace. The living room also has 2 fans and Wifi conxion. For all stays of more than 2 weeks, must leave before 5 [hidden] the day before. Young group people under 23 years old are not accepted.
