It consists of an open plan kitchen leading to the living room with sofa bed and flat screen TV, 2 bedrooms (one with double bed 135cm and the other with 2 single beds of 90cm) and 2 bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub. The flat has air conditioning in all rooms and Wifi connection. For your meals outside, take advantage of a very large terrace of 20m² with awning. In the residence, you will enjoy a community swimming pool, a playground for children and in front of the building, a large raised garden. A parking space is at your disposal. For all stays of more than 2 weeks, must leave before 5 [hidden] the day before. Young group people under 23 years old are not accepted.
