Cancellation conditions of the lessor associated with this property.

- Cancellation by the customer: Any cancellation must be notified to "IBERIMO" by registered letter, its reception will determine the date of cancellation resulting in the amount of the following costs:

For all bookings made between 01.01.2021 and 31.03.2021 for stays from 01.01.2021 to 31.10.2021:
Cancellation up to 31 days before the start of the stay → no fees, reimbursement of sums paid, deduction made (administration fees, and where applicable the cost of insurance).
Cancellation between 30 days and 2 days before the start of the stay → 80% of the rental price + (administration fees, and if applicable the cost of insurance).
The full price of the trip will be charged in the event of late cancellation or no-show

Covid special cancellation conditions

If a stay cannot be made due to the travel restrictions in force, reimbursement of the sums paid, deduction made (administration fees, and where applicable the cost of insurance).
