Rent with Iberimo this charming luxury villa located in Benitachell on the Costa Blanca for 6 persons with beautiful sea view, private pool and just minutes from Moraig Cove and El Portet beach. This villa in a pleasant and modern style is spread over two levels connected by an internal staircase and an external staircase. On the main floor is the living room with wide openings on the garden and comfortable leather sofas. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining room and the terrace. The well-decorated set creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere at a time. Always on the same level we have two bedrooms (one with double bed and access to the terrace and the other with two single beds) and a nice bathroom with shower. Also on the main level of the house is a room where the washing machine and tumble dryer are located. On the upper floor we will find a beautiful room with a large opening and a double bed and bathroom en suite with shower. It is important to mention that this room has access to the terrace. Outside, the plot is fenced and access is via a few steps. There is an open car park where you can park two cars. On the terrace, the beautiful infinity pool from where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the coast. This terrace is furnished with sun loungers or sofas so you can relax. The villa also has an outdoor dining table with barbecue under a covered terrace. The perfect place to spend unforgettable evenings next to the illuminated pool.
